3. Free Estimates & On-Site Pricing

Initial phone consultations and ballpark estimates are provided free of charge. However, final binding quotes are subject to an on-site physical inspection by an authorized field specialist who evaluates the species involved, accessibility (e.g., attics, crawlspaces, high roofs), damage extent, and required exclusion repairs.

You are under no obligation to proceed with work until an on-site estimate and service scope have been explained and agreed upon with the technician.
